    Customer fills out the repair form and mails it to Time Central

  2. Item Received

    Item is received at Time Central and is carefully inspected by our certified technicians.

  3. Item Repaired

    We follow a step by step process outlined by each manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.

  4. Quality Control

    Once the repair is completed, it goes through a 3-step quality control process before leaving our center.

  5. Repair Complete

    Customer is contacted. Product is sent back to the customer ready to be worn and cherished once again.
